Vehicle Information, we respects your privacy and is committed to protecting
user data. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and
protected when you use our mobile application.

The app

Vehicle-related Information
- Vehicle registration details
entered by the user
- Owner name and related
vehicle information
Important:
Owner names and sensitive identifiers are partially masked before being
displayed to users. Full personal details are never shown in the app.

Automatically Collected Information
We may
collect limited technical data such as:
- Device type and operating
system
- App usage statistics
- Crash logs and performance
data
This
information is collected only to improve app stability and performance.
2. How We
Use Information
The
collected information is used strictly for:
- Providing vehicle
information services within the app
- Improving app functionality
and user experience
- Diagnosing crashes and
technical issues
We do
not use data for profiling, identity verification, or tracking users
outside the app.

Masking & Privacy Protection
To
protect user privacy:
- Owner names are displayed in
masked format (example: Krishna P******)
- Sensitive vehicle
identifiers such as chassis and engine numbers are partially hidden
- Masking is applied before
data reaches the user’s device
This
ensures reduced exposure of personally identifiable information.
4. Data
Storage & Deletion
- Search history is stored locally
on the user’s device
- Users can delete their
search history at any time using the in-app option
- We do not permanently store
personal vehicle data on user devices

Third-Party Services
The app
uses trusted third-party services that may collect limited information under their
own privacy policies:
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Firebase Cloud Functions
- Google AdMob
- OneSignal (for
notifications)
These
services are used only to support core app functionality.
6. Notifications
This app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send notifications related to vehicle information, updates, and app features.
Firebase may collect device identifiers (such as FCM tokens) to deliver notifications reliably.
The app does not collect personally identifiable information, and notification data is not shared with third parties except as required to deliver the service.
7. Data
Security
We take
reasonable measures to protect information:
- Data is transmitted securely
over encrypted connections
- Access to backend services
is restricted and monitored
However,
no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy
This app
is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
